  2. Prepare 1/2 head of Small cauliflower.
  3. Take 1/2 packages of Streaky bacon.
  4. Use 1 cup of Small black seedless grapes.
  5. Get 1/4 cup of Almond slivers unsalted.
  6. Take 1/3 cup of Pecan nuts roughly chopped.
  7. Provide 1 of Red onion.
  8. Get of Dressing.
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise ( mild, not too tangy).
  10. Take 1/3 cup of Plain thick full cream yoghurt.
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup of Rice vinegar.

Instructions to make Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad:

  1. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into reasonably small florets. Rinse well. Place in casserole bowl with lid and microwave in hi for no more than 2 minutes. Lift the lid immediately so that veggies don't carry cooking. You want them still very crunchy but not quite raw.
  2. In a frying pan fry bacon until crisp and set aside on paper towel to drain all fat.
