  18. Provide 1/2 tsp of salt.
  19. Take 1/2 tsp of honey.
  20. Use of Vegetables.
  21. Get 1/2 of bellpepper red,green,yellow colour each.
  22. Use of Few florets Broccoli.
  23. Provide 1/4 cup of mushrooms sliced.

Instructions to make Chowmein:

  1. Boil 1 ltr water with oil & salt. Add noodles in boiling water & cook until aldante.
  2. Marinate boneless chicken cubes for some time.more marination time better the flavour.take oil in pan & fry chicken at medium flame till colour changes.add sauce ingredients in same pan, mix chicken well.add 1/2 cup water & let chicken cook in sauce till tender.sauce will reduce as well.
  3. Add butter in pan.stirfry vegies at high flame for 2 minutes with continue stirring to keep the crunch..
  4. Mix vegies into noodles.give nice stir.serve hot.
