  1. Wash all the vegetables properly.
  2. Now take 1/2 cup corn flour & 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida) adding black pepper, salt & baking soda. Add water gradually to make smooth paste.
  3. Pour the mixture in washed veggie and coat it well. If it becomes runny, you can add some corn flour to it..
  4. Fry vegetables in hot oil on medium flame.flip it & fry from both the sides until it changes colour..
  5. When they turns golden brown, take it out in a kitchen towel..
  6. Now place a pan on stove, heat 1 tsp oil to it. Add ginger,garlic & chilli and saute for few seconds..
  7. Add chopped onion to it, saute it too than add sechzwan Chutney, red chilli sauce, vinegar,Soya sauce & tomato ketchup to it. Give it a good mix..
  8. Now add fried veggies to it and mix it well, all the veggies should be well coated with the gravy..
