  2. Add all sauces & seasonings in pan with 1/4 cup water & let soupsauce simmer at medium Flame so that kofta takes on flavour of gravy.if you like add cornflour slury to thicken sauce..
  3. Add 1 tsp oil in other pan & stirfry vegies for a minute at high flame.we like crunchy flavour so dnt fried much.these mini bellpeppers are new to taste & they are extra hot in flavour.
  4. Place sizzling plate at stove & make it hot.when sauce is bit thicken/reduced add veggies in it.when plate is sizzling hot pour over kofta sauce on it.add 1 tsp butter as well.this will give extra sizzle,smoke & flames..
