  18. Use 1 of potato, cubed.

  21. Prepare ½ tsp of turmeric powder / haldi.
  22. Prepare 1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder.
  23. You need ¾ tsp of coriander powder.
  24. Use 1½ tsp of biryani masala.
  25. Prepare to taste of salt.
  26. Use 1 cup of water.
  27. Prepare ½ cup of curd / yogurt.
  28. Provide as required of fistful mint / pudina.
  29. Get As required of fistful coriander leaves, chopped.
  30. You need ¼ cup of fried onion.

  1. Firstly, in a vessel take water along with spices, salt, oil and basmati rice.cook the rice grains for approximately 10 minutes.further drain the rice and rinse with water..
  2. Firstly, in a large kadai take oil / ghee.further saute onions, ginger-garlic paste.add vegetables of your choice and saute..
  3. Furthermore, add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.add water and curd. mix well. also add biryani masala..
  4. Add broccoli and tomatoes. furthermore, cover and cook for 15 minutes.now take a cup of masala stock and keep aside..
  5. Layer mint, cooked rice, reserved masala stock. also layer with mint, coriander leaves and fried onions.finally, cover and cook for 20 minutes and serve..
